The Competition Headwear factory is located in the same building as our headquarters so that we are easily able to adjust the production schedule, maintaining our flexibility and allowing us to meet your specifications and deadlines.

Unlike finished caps, the embroidery is done prior to each cap's production to ensure the integrity of the cap's structure, as well as providing superior quality embroidery.

In addition to embroidering your custom caps, we also offer contract embroidery. Customers are welcome to provide us with the merchandise to be embroidered, or they can use our Sourcing Service at no extra charge.
